Winter Greetings
I used this existing illustration to create an animated winter scene to be used in augmented reality. I enhanced the original illustration with the animation of fireworks and snow and with interactivity (tap to start the animation).
To connect this greeting card to me and my occupation, I used typographic snow in it, animating asterisks for the snow. It should get depth, so you can move around and into it. The fireworks is a surprise when you move nearer.
I used the plugin GIFStudio for creating the animation directly in Illustrator. The AR scene was set up in Adobe Aero.
